|Recommended: YesEconomical, Affordable, Functional — The rent is is reasonable, the amenities are affordable, and the location is agreeable. I've only had a few issues where maintenance on the property was required, they tended to the issues promptly. The parking availability is sufficient, however, they stalls are not all the same size. Whoever was reading the measuring tape when the lines were painted needs glasses, badly. The grounds are cleaned and maintained, however the roadway going to the dumpster could use some serious TLC I've seen better roads in Iraq . The property staff have always been helpful, cordial, and friendly simply put, they are awesome 3 5 would recommend to a friend.

|Recommended: YesLove it — I first want to thank Tracey at the office She has been amazing and patient with me. One thing that is so hard to get in an apartment is a great staff. I lived at Hidden Creek Commons before here and it was horrible total nightmare . But, so far everything has been great and any issues have been fixed in a timely manner, except right now with what is going on with the virus our ceiling is not 100 fixed in our living room, but I understand. The only thing I will say is my neighbor right next to me are very loud and blast their music, but we can't choose our neighbor so that is okay I like the music they play anyway . The building is well-taken care off and I always see employees outside picking up trash. In all sense, we love our home here and are happy to say we are Aspen Run Residents

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I've been here for 2 years and I still love living here. I have had to make few maintenance requests and they were all completed and fixed right away. I've had a few problems with extra noisy neighbors, when i informed the leasing managers they sent out a notice to everyone to be respectful and mindful of their neighbors. The leasing managers are friendly and very helpful. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, also a plus where the apartments are located.

|Recommended: YesMs.Smalls — I’m all for customer service I went to many walk throughs around the Newark Area. I was referred to this location by my boyfriends dad, was concerned bc if Glasgow pines being a rough area. Ms.Smalls made the connection with my needs and Aspen run amenities. Going to school and working full-time and being able to use the gym and office.

|Recommended: YesGood property — This is my first apartment and I enjoy living here. I've been here a little over a month and overall, the community is very welcoming. I see my neighbors a few times a week and they seem to be nice people we exchange hellos and good mornings often. Thus far, the leasing staff have been nothing but good to me. They keep me updated and seem to be very open when we have conversations The only thing I wish was slightly better is how thin the walls are. I can hear my neighbors in my bathroom at times, or even if I'm in the hall, I can hear them in their living room. Otherwise I feel this was a good first choice of an apartment
