|Recommended: YesChanges have been made — Normal apartment living when comes to noise from other units, however, grounds are always kept, parking not an issue regarding office and maintenance. Office staff have followed up on all maintenance requests and the maintenance staff have been very nice. I have lived here 10 years and definitely can tell that property manager has changed within the last 6 months

|Recommended: YesInitial review — I have only lived here for 21 days now but I have been very happy with my first 3 weeks here. The staff is attentive, friendly, and respond quickly. My apartment was presented very clean and everything in working order. The bathroom sink initially drained slowly but the staff helped me out with that in a very timely manner. Would recommend this complex to any of my friends as of now.

|Recommended: YesLove the location to everything that is close by — The unit I just moved into is very nice and has more space than I could imagine for my storage and personal needs. I like the security of the buildings when entering, and the community overall seems well kept and attended to. The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout my move in process.

|Recommended: YesProperty upon move in was incomplete — We definitely had some issues upon move in, but they were addressed before our official move in date. My property manager, Jennifer, made sure that our home was ready for us despite the many fixtures needed. We are loving our apartment

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment for the price — This apartment complex is good for the price but nothing great. The apartments aren't fancy and don't have the nicest appliances, but they still get the job done.

|Recommended: YesI think the property is safe and well kept. — I am new to the New Castle area and so far I am enjoying the property I rent from. There is room for some improvement though. I can clearly hear a good amount of noise from my neighbors across the hall and above me so that prompts me to to be very quiet so that my neighbors won't hear me. I would prefer another lock on the entry door to the apartment. I live alone and I would feel more secure with a knob that locks or a second lock. I also believe it would be in the best interest of the property to update the apartments with flooring that is not carpet. It is less maintenance for both the tenant as well as the owners. Lastly easier access to the dumpster would be beneficial for tenants. Having to carry trash all the way downstairs then all the way to the end of the parking lot is a little difficult. Aside from those small details I am enjoying the property and the warm professional staff.
