|Recommended: YesReally enjoy living here — I am really enjoying my time living here. It's quiet, there's tons of green space and it's located near 2 different shopping centers. The staff have been nothing but helpful to me and the few maintenance requests I have had have been resolved quickly.

|Recommended: YesCozy and convenient — While the area may not be the greatest, the complex is convenient to everything. My apartment is spacious but still cozy. The neighbors get loud and there’s not much to be done about that, and there aren’t enough dumpsters for all of the buildings, but overall I like living here and will be renewing my lease one more time before I’ll simply need more space.
|Recommended: YesNot too bad — its not too bad too live here. the neighborhood is pretty good nothing really to complain about. i think the rent level here is pretty fair compared to most places
|Recommended: YesRelatively quiet, affordable location with appropriate conveniences. — I've already recommended several people to move in, two of whom have already moved in. It's been a fairly decent place to live as I have been here for 4 years now and have had minimal issues concerns which involves basic maintenance and routine upgrades updates. I have found the staff to be responsive and proactive to any needs request that have arose and have not had an unpleasant experience thus far.

|Recommended: YesLandscaping excellent Good security when people comply with closing door well Office staff superior service and always polite — Affordable Office staff friendly and polite Maintenance requests take quite some time to be completed. Office manager is Excellent with people skills accommodating residents customer service and getting it done when asked. Staff are also polite and friendly

|Recommended: YesThis is home — Great place to call home, very spacious, upkeep of the property is amazing, maintenance gets things done, parking is first come first serve. Everything is awesome but only down side is the noisy neighbors, walls are too thin you can hear all too much and that becomes annoying.
